Date Nite (slang for night) does not have to mean a romantic evening date or even a night out on the town. By our definition a date can be brunch with your friends, a bridal shower, birthday party, company banquet, concert etc. Any special event that you have on your schedule is a date!
We love dates and believe they are important for building social connections and relationships. Within my marriage, date nights have been essential for our friendship growth. It allows for us to intentionally focus on our companionship and strengthen our bond. The same goes for happy hour with my girls every other week. We all love to put on our " Sunday's Best" and take pictures before stuffing our face, lol. It really is a nice time to reconnect. I actually look forward to these events in my life and often shop for new outfits that are fresh and fun.
